OUT ROPE FOR EXTRUDER GUNS

Extruder clean out rope will not cure.
It is used at the end of the shift to flush out all the regular extruder rope in
the barrel. The next morning, after the extruder gun is heated to operating
temperatures, the operator feeds regular extruder rope and flushes through the gun until
all the white material is ejected through the tip. A 5lbs. carton includes ten,
10ft. rolls of white extruder rope. Note: If using Black & Tan Rope
Rubber use Clean Out Rope immediately to prevent damage to the Extruder Gun. |
